Certified through the Institute of Integrated Nutrition (IIN), Kat takes a holistic approach to health coaching. How we feel in our day-to-day lives shows up on our plate and transfers to our overall well-being. Bio-individuality is key when it comes to health - we all have different needs and require different kinds of food for fuel. 

Beginning in January of 2024, Kat will receive her Masters in Nutrition Education from American University. She is excited to take her education and apply it to her nutritional coaching with her clients. Whether it's developing a positive relationship with your body or learning the healthiest ways to fuel your body, Kat is excited guide you along in your journey!

My Story

When I found out I was gluten intolerant, I felt like my life as I knew it was over. (Because bagels are the best, right?!) I was overwhelmed, confused, and exhausted from reading articles about what to eat and what not to eat. If this sounds like you, know that you DO NOT have to go through it alone.
