Kat holds her Masters degree in Nutrition Education from American University. She is excited to take her education and apply it to her nutritional coaching with her clients. How we feel in our day-to-day lives shows up on our plate and transfers to our overall well-being. My Story
When I found out I was gluten intolerant, I felt like my life as I knew it was over. (Because bagels are the best, right?!) I was overwhelmed, confused, and exhausted from reading articles about what to eat and what not to eat. If this sounds like you, know that you DO NOT have to go through it alone.
